• Application Improvement: To understand how users interact with the Application, identify areas for improvement, debug issues, and develop new features to enhance the user experience and the accuracy of our simulation engine.
• Internal Operations & Auditing: For internal record-keeping, compliance with regulatory requirements, and to audit the execution of simulations, as well as for performance monitoring.
• Communication: To send you important updates about your report, service notifications, and, with your consent, information about other relevant services or offers.
• Research & Analytics: To analyze trends, monitor usage, and generate aggregated or anonymized statistical data about our user base and service performance.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We may share your personal information with qualified financial professionals or other third parties if you provide your explicit consent to do so (e.g., through a "Connect with a My Retire Score™ certified advisor" option). Please note that any financial professionals you may be connected with are independent, not employees or agents of My Retire Score™, and operate under their own licensing and privacy policies. They are solely responsible for ensuring their marketing, advertising, and financial activities comply with all applicable state and regulatory laws, and for submitting to their individual compliance departments or third-party compliance review companies as required.
• Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage (e.g., Supabase for backend logging and configuration), analytics, security, and customer support. These providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

Data from Meta Platforms. When you interact with My Retire Score through Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger, we receive certain information from Meta: your name and profile picture, the content of messages or comments you send to our pages, and basic page engagement metrics. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. You may request deletion of this data at any time as described in our Data Deletion instructions above. This use is governed by Meta's terms and our own privacy policy.
